Post subject: Integral DVX Remote View Thoughts

Hello everyone, I've got a question for the group. I have installed about 4 Integral DVX systems. All of them have the 32 Channel Frame Servers, and are running Win2k with what i think is version 3.0 of Master Control. When I FIRST log into them remotely at another location with the 4.3 Remote View Software, they look great (the cameras). Any time after that they become very grainy and look much worse then on the actual system. Anyone have any ideas? One systems' HDD corrupted and I had to replace it. After which it has never looked good. I called Pelco, but they had no ideas. Anyone have some Ideas?
