    Is there a way to find the GV card serial number from the software or in a file on the pc? Or from a remote management console?

    Hi, the Bosch VG4 cameras that we use have a software setting to switch between biphase and RS485. There is also a switch to set the address. Both cameras need different ones. Two or more cameras on an rs485 wire need 1 end of line resistor at the farthest cam. Check to see if both have it already on and remove the nearest one. If you can just connect the Bosch and get it working separately, that will confirm that each is working. Then connect together to see.

    Geovision PTZ motion record delay

    I have GV1480 set to record on motion. Have a PTZ camera that changes direction (view) every 30 seconds. Every move is recorded. Is there a way to not record during a pan movement? Was looking at the record delay, but isn't there something with ptz? Thanks
