Hi there, yes polarity of the two wires from dome to converter are correct. I have used a nul lead from my PC so I know that there is communication. I'm just loosing the will to live now as I run out of ideas!! Any more ideas I can try? Chris B

Sorry nipped away from PC. I have a RS232-RS485 converter 2 wires to dome Pelco-D 2400 Baud Address 4 because set up on number 4 camera on DVR Also checked Com on PC and made sure its running 2400 as well. Is there something I have forgoten?? Chris B

Hi Guys, first time to this forum. Could anyone help me to have my JE900BN PTZ dome communicate with my PC DVR system!! My software is the Shenzhen Wave-P and Ether 10104 DVR card. The dome suports several protocols. I have set up the dome to have the same as the PC,I think, but nothing!!! I've done what it says in the manual but nothing happens. The camera works through the card but no movement. Does anyone have any Ideas please. Chris B
