    We have an older ORBIX 4 Channel Digitial Video Recorder that I have no idea how to operate. I've tried numerous times to contact the business who installed it for my company back in 2006 but they seem to no longer be in business. The operation manual is poor to say the least. When I press "PLAY" to view the playback (as simple as that sounds), nothing happens! Please, someone help! Very appreciative, Jessica Century 21 Elite Locations, Inc.
