I have purchased 3 of these systems for one of my clients and he has been so satisfied with the system, good picture quality and easy to use I'm a Reseller/ installer and I buy all my products from a company called Veotron Technologies my favorite system is their PC based DVR, because they offer a free remote assistance and they setup my router so I can access the DVR on the internet for free, beside PC based DVRs are more powerful and easier to use (mouse & Keyboard) P.S Try getting the PC Based, I get it from them for almost the same price as the stand alone
