    Hi, i'm trying to set up our new cctv server as the old one died, and I can't find drivers for the capture device, nor the manufacturer. the only brand i could discern was PLX, but that's just the brand of the PCI controller for this card. the only model number I could find printed on the pcb was P16-f100012.
