autoadjustment with bandwidth in software under running.
monostump posted a topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
In the new upgrade there is a possibility to change bandwidth in schedule for each camera. If i have one camera that is on motiondetect on nighttime in full resolution. Daytime i want to put the camera in lowest bandwidth when there is no need to have any records at all. Are u with me? If i putin the lowest bandwidth on each camera in the camerasetup and then put up to highest in schedule under motiondetect? Is this possible? Or should i create a schedule daytime in motiondetect mode with the lowest bandwidth on each camera? And "blank" the picture that there is no possibility for the software to feel motion in picture? In my minds i could have the motionevent in schedule that needs an external source to start the record. But this is not possible without cards that could handle external inputs? I only have IP-cameras and no camera at all directly to the NVR. Nighttime: in motiondetectmode and record with enough quality and bandwidth for each camera. Daytime: I really just need a connection between the camera and the NVR. I really hope for positive answers and a good solution -
IP camera with motiondetect onboard?

Ok, is there any megapixelcameras with this function then? Why? To save bandwidth on a network? A solution could be with the new standard H.264 just to saving bandwidth. But when a camera indicates action in the "motion fields" it sends a video stream to the NVR, that just waiting for this signal and start recording. Similar cameras like an Arecont AV2100 or better? -
IP camera with motiondetect onboard?

Is there any ip cameras on the market with the motiondetect builtin into to the camera. I´m talking just about professional cameras. Like Arecont, Axis, IQeye, Acti and so on... There you not using the software on NVR for the motiondetection and only the specific camera that sends the videostream to the NVR when there is som action in picture? Not the networkscamera with builtin SD-card holder and so... But also a software that could "talk" and handle that communication against the camera? -

Anyone heard or test this camera? http://www.securicorp.com/cctv/network-cameras/megapixel-ip-cameras/2-megapixel-ip-dome/ Its looks to good to be true.... "2 MegaPixel Dome IP Camera with POE featuring 1/4" CMOS sensor and dual stream H.264 video delivering up to 1600x1200 pixels. The low light capability allows you to capture images in low light without motion blur." -

Rainman - oki, what happens in the picture then? Are u standing still or are you on the move? Its not so far away and there is no big angle from the camera? Nice to see... Now i´ve got lots of information about this case from here and around. Lots of info to give to the consultant for the customer. -

megapixel man - "Also with the 2MP camera and 85 degree FOV at 2M your are getting an OK effective "pixels on target" of around 290 pixels per meter with a scene width of about 6.5M, however at 30M your scene width is up around 55M and "pixels on target" of only around 35 pixels per meter which is very poor resolution." Is there any calculator for this information you give me here??? Should really be intresting to see.. -

But the 3130 is also in CMOS. Even is with the 3,0 or 1,3. How is the different between a 1,3 CCD and a CMOS then? -

Here is one shot from the camera. The Rotakin is looking good but not me on the move..... The material should not use to identify, just to recognize. -

That is correct. There is a lag in the pictures when there is moving objects. But there is no Megapixels like 2.0 with CCD circuits? Or its more expensive? -

Problems of course! But is there any megapixel camera on the market that is good even in nightmode? Today i´m using 8 cameras from Arecont AV2100D/N together with IR Raytec Raymax AI30-50. Everything is looks good until there is a moving object in picture. Everything in Low Light Mode has been tested. Quality, Balanced, Speed but there is still problem with the pictures. Is there any good cameras at all on the market that could handle this. Ok, we will still stand with the price around the cost of an AV2100D/N. The customer is not satisfied with the material they got. Mostly of the cameras is looking on an area like 85 deegrees and from 2 metres and about 30 metres away. So its big areas and we are only using fixed lenses. 4mm, 8mm and 12mm Do the customer has to high thought about the result or could i give the customer a result och quality with more or less megapixels??? / A mislead "try to be a CCTV"- installer from Sweden
