Any opinions on HiCAP100 DVR Cards ?

I've been looking at the Hi-Cap100 card, has anyone had experiences with these cards and their software? http://www.comartsystem.com/products/eng_hicap.htm I would be replacing a somewhat out of date DVR that I use around home (6yr old, poor frame rate/quality & large file sizes). I already have a P4 2Ghz Intel MB machine ready for a dedicated DVR role, with around 9 cameras around the place. Thanks in advance for any info.. David Sydney Aus.
