Bump Anyone

Hi All, I've been reading with interest as i want to build my own system. I've read the posts on here and FAQ's Just need some further advice, even if you have a similar setup please post your views The setup i want to achieve is a: 8 camera system, with REAL time Rec/playback 3 on a 24hr with ptz and joystick control? the rest likely to be on motion detection. How big Hdd would i need for 30 days, im guessing atleast 1TB? i'll like to have a few audio channels aswell. it will be purpose built and only used for the intented role. Quality is crucial to me, aswell as reliability. I would like to point out, i know nothing really substantial about DVR or what brands are out there. Any advice much appreciated and costs of such a set-up, Thanks in advance Edit: i'm not really awake at 04:30 im in the uk but if you find spelling mistakes then its 04:30 and im really drunk
