I recently set up a new system with an outdoor PTZ camera and an h.264 dvr (standalone). At first, the PTZ control from the remote viewer/station would work only intermittently over the internet. Now for the last 5 days, it quit working altogether. We can PTZ fine locally using the dvr mouse/remote. I can view everything remotely, even search through recordings and play them back. I re-checked the RS comm cable connections. Still no help. The manufacturer is stumped by this. Anyone have any ideas?
