Iris

I have a problem with the recording software from Zavio.I don't know my password anymore so i uninstall the software. Butt now it comes i reinstalled the software but i get never the question for a new password(confiming) and if i want the loggin the software isn't accepting any pasword. i try too cleanup my registry but it won't work, i think windows vista isn't removing the registry files bij the uninstalling. Does anybody have a idea?
