Hi,
Our client, a Russian oil company, require Russian text (cyrillic characters) to be displayed on their live video and digitally recorded video streams.
Can anyone recommend a good text overlay generator, possibly capable of producing cyrillic characters?
Does anyone know of a multiple input/output overlay unit as there are 6 cameras at each site and 17 sites in total.
For reference, here would be the layout...
Camera > Text Overlay > Encoder > Network > Decoder/DVR/Client
We have checked already and the encoder/DVR etc do not support cyrillic characters (Bosch units).
