  1. Burbo started following BX2 installer password reset., Dedicated Micros BX2 firmware upgrade and DM BX-2 records but will not copy to CD

    I have a BX2 with 3.0 (009) DVTU firmware. Need to upgrade to 3.1(110) DVTU. I see this firmware on the European website but not the US. I believe thers is 50pps and PAL and US is 60pps and NTSC. Anyone have a connection for the firmware?

    Replaced drives and loaded new software(correct version). Unit checks out in every way except when I try to archive to the CD rom the data disappears. It recognizes the Cd rom, it is recording, I defaulted the unit and that did not help. Has the right PPS etc, shows 601 GB stora ge. I can view video from last week???? Any ideas?

    not sure, but I had one open today and saw a jumper on the motherboard that had "reset" next to it. might give it a try. maybe install the jumper and then power it up?
