    Want to buy new CCTV

Hello, As for 3 cameras, you need a 4 CH DVR. The recording time depend on the storage of your HD, as well we the recording mode. If you choose continuously, and then you want high quality video, then the larger the HD, the longer the time you record. 1TB HD should be enough for you for a month. If you don't want it to record at night, you can turn it off. The brands you showed are good brands. I think choose the best one for you is OK. Some one buy things consider quality, someone buy things consider price, while some others buy things consider brands. So it all depends on you! BTW: Nowadays, almost all of the DVRs can be remote access. And most of them support 3G Mobile remote access.

    2 Way Audio Question

hello, Actually most DVRs has audio input and output, what you need is a camera with audio built-in. You need to buy cameras come with audio function, then you can record the audio, and also you can hear the audio while live view. You can also connect a microphone to the audio input on the DVR, if the camera does not have audio function, but it is may not that good. Audio usually come with RCA connection, but it depends on different DVRs, some come with BNC connections. Good luck!
  5. Hi, That kind camera does have the power to suppress the strong light. The chipset of those cameras are different from those of common cameras. This power function will really help much!
  6. Hi, most of the premade cables can be exposed to outside. However, water or other damages may shorten the lifespan of the cable. So in order that you use the cable for a long time, you'd better not to be exposed it outside completely. Thanks!

Which camera to buy? 3.6mm or 8m lens?

What you need to do is to make clear where do you want to place your camera. And how about the distance between your camera and target, or say how about the range of the field you are supposed to watch. 3.6mm brings you wider view angle, while 8mm can make you view further. Good luck!
