Rory, it is a no way a "cheap" camera. it happens to be that we are having a blowout special on them, and it is therefore now very inexpensive. But by now way a "cheap" camera. Look at its spec.

rg59 they say can run up to 1000ft. (i would suggest only going about 800) rg6 they say can run up to 1500ft (i would suggest only going about 1200)

its not WEST PENN if it is in WHITE. could look similar, but WEST PENN only make its in GRAY.

It is last years version, but still currently available. It does only take manual iris, or manual varifocal lenses though. This version was specially made from Sanyo for the Casino industry to go over the poker tables, where they did not want the auto-iris to make the adjustments, they wanted to have full control and set it correctly, as their lighting condition was always the same. It is the same dimension as Sanyo's new VCC-5884.
