Thanks for the help! That is what I need. But I have another question....I have a plustek NVR4200, recently, I received a new FW, after I upgraded the FW, the device is now not working anymore, I could still ping the device but I cannot access the IE, I have tried reboot/set to default, but it is still the same. I was wondering if I updated the wrong FW for my NV4200, because they do have another model named 4200V, does anyone here can told me how I recover my device? Neil-ipcctv

Dear all, Most NVR or IP camera manufacturers in this market have announced their own smart phone APP, by which user can access IP cameras or NVRs via cell phone. However, I was wondering that if I can access IP cameras via iPhone without APP installed? Can I do that just through my iPhone’s Safari? I am not intended to install the surveillance APP in my iPhone. Thank you for the help!
