Hi, can anyone recommend any automated tools to figure out what kind of cameras I need and best placements? GP

Most system I've seen are either 8 or 16 Camera. I only need 9 and not likely to expand. Are there any good 9 camera systems out there that I could spend, say 4-5K all up for cameras and DVR? Just for the system, not power or A/V cables. Thanks, GP

Plenum cable type is only where you need to have fire resistant/low smoke/toxics such as when you go through areas where air is being supplied to occupants. Don't buy that kind of cable otherwise, the expense is unwarranted. GP
