Thats great, it looks like a perfect solution. However I, after downloading the software, couldn't work out how to activate the 232 Anylyser thing remotely. The Event Goast runs nicely in the background and I can see it registering my joysticks commands and even trialed some mouse movement with it however I don't know how to get it to activate a macro or button or something in the 232 anylyser. This has all got to ideally work whilst the focus or windows is on another peice of software. Other than that, this looks perfect.

Hey guys. I'm in the process of purchaing a PTZ camera. Standard stuff, Pelco D and the like. My question is can I control its functions of a PC and what adaptors will I need. The PC in question only has a USB input/output but the video is monitored seperately so no need to worry about that. Its purely the control of the camera. I'm a tad unfamiliar with RS485 and all the other ports and wether I need adaptors for these or drivers etc. I'm running windows 7 pro x64. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, I'm looking for some PTZ software that can be controlled via a usb joystick. I have an old Logitech joystick lying about and am building a PC to control a PTZ camera and I figure using the joystick could be easier than mouse or keyboard. The only software I found that does it is iCode I-Controller but its way over my budget. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Hey guys. I'm setting up a system for my school. Its a large theatre hall and I need a Camera at the back overlooking the stage. Its used for a number of things but the Camera needs to have PTZ capabilities, being controlled from a PC, and an Anologue output, either Composite (prefered) or BNC. I'm looking for under a £150 though I'm willing to extend that a tad if needed. It needs to work well in low light and have a good zoom. I would prefer not digital PTZ. I can't find anything online really that helps me. The other sites have been unhelpful in tracking down what I need. Any help is apreciated.

Okay, so lets up the price a tad. Whats the cheapest I can get with those Specs? PAL etc...
