    LP capture design

Hi. thewireguys. i think you solved the problem yourself. with speed bump cameras. people just think they are speed bumps. and people dont attack them demo. http://www.icruvss.com/html/demo.html
  2. Hi. uter. i am in the uk. but i use dvrs from america take a look at the avermedia 16 way hybid it will do everything you ask at 30fps. but like alpine0000 says you dont need to go that high. 6 to 10 fps indoors and 20 to 25 fps outdoors if you need to catch numberplates. uter the best way for you to workout fps is the human eye can see at 13.5 fps so set everything to 15fps. also have a look at cnb cameras (you also have a distributor in america) they do very good ir zoom cameras. if you look on my site you will see a demo of the 16 way avermedia. this system also takes most types of ip cameras so if he is only using 5 he could install ip cameras on other family homes or buisnesses and record them on his system. http://www.cctvengineer.com/page3.html and also here is a link to avermedia usa, call them and ask for a distributor by you http://www.avermedia-usa.com/surveillance/productdetail.aspx?id=27

  9. hi. dmmsta. you need to change the port on the dvr from 80 to 5550. then look for the dvr on ie as http://yourip:5550 and another reason for changing the port is nokia phones or smartphones will not work on port 80.

Easy to use DVR's for end user

Hi. Alan. if you call the dm budget then i would love to know where you buy them from. and also i think they are more advanced systems on the market now that do alot more than the dm. i use the avermedia range and i also get them at a very good price. http://www.avermedia.com/AVerDiGi/
  18. Hi. Kahodges. what make is your dvr. ???? and can it be viewed over the internet ?? the reason why i ask about remote viewing is some systems when viewed over the internet and someone moves the ptz and not hit the auto tour button before they log off then the ptz will stay in the last moved to place.

  21. Hi. todd. i have the new aver mobile. it is alot better than the old one. the 3g side also comes from avermedia so no need to have to set up remote view. also it is now linked to google maping. i am in the uk but i have a friend in america if you still have problems getting hold of one. what i would say is other mobile dvrs have a long way togo to catch up with the new avermedia.

    Viewing from home

hi rawbe. it is the dvrs ip that you need to entre. and if you can view your system away from home then your router is set-up ok so you dont need to change anything on it.

    Viewing from home

Hi. rawbe. if you can view your home system from work but cant when you get back home...... it is just a ip problem. all you need to do is login with your local ip and not the ip you use when away from your home. you dont need to touch your router.
