IP Encoders Decoders (Problems w/ Pelco)
Biphase replied to ddmundell's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
Bosch VIP X1 encoder to VIP XD decoder. SImple, solid. -
Bosch is in another CCTV category compared to Speco. If I had to guess what they qouted ya...probaly some Dinion XFs probaly LTC 0495s....to keep the cost down they prob said Divar MR...and a UML LCD. The DVR needs to be based on what you want out of it. what will they want to do with it....remote in, export?

BOSCH Analog Ya got the infamous Allegiant Matrix....been around since the Burle/Phillips days. IP Bosch Vidos-VRM with IP cameras/encoders... Need more info on what you want, and I will help you design it.

Turn the gain down = you lose the picture. What kind of frame integration does the camera have? You need either more IR or a better IR sensitive camera . Send me some pics, whats the distance?
-
Bosch 500i Autodome. It has autotracker builtin.
-
you can lose the colorburst...synch in a video signal with UTP. Depends on distance needed.

Altronix.

HELP ! DISTANCE LIMIT FOR RG6/U CONNECT TO A DOME CAMERA
Biphase replied to ahsoonbaby's topic in System Design
what dome? -
If Pelco or someone makes a translator that goes from Coaxitron to Pelco D or P, THEN take that to a bosch ltc 8782 translator to biphase and then take that to a ltc 8016 and you have bilinx.
-
WDR will definitely help. The panasonics are pretty decent ...SD-3, SD-5
-
piece of material, small circle holes across it...something to diffuse it.
-
power over coax doesnt sound good to me.. u could do pelco coaxitron or bosch bilinx for control over the coax. as for power, 22ga is small, better get a beefy power supply or hopefully the cameras wont be too far away from their power source. you could get a bosch divar-2 that has bilinx built in.

A Bosch MIC Thermal camera is good.
-
The Divar-2 is 9 channel...probaly can get good deal on one. They are being discontinued the end of 2009, but they are solid DVRs.
-
You could......buy a IP camera license for the Bosch Dibos, load the software on a decent PC.... for cameras, as long as they have a MJPEG stream - you can record it. Another good system for homes is the Bosch Divar MR. If you want the best bang for the buck buy, the real question is - how much is in your budget?

Bosch aka Extreme UFLED. All depends on what you want to see distance wise, hortizontal/vertical...let me know. I have tested alot of the name brands and because of their black diamond filter - it diffuses the IR to the picture. No banding or dark spots on the edges like others.
