Thanks bigkid. That was the issue. I needed to partition off one of the drives and then I was able to record.

The power supply went on my Intellex machine and I brought it to a local computer repair shop to be replaced. After that was fixed everything seems to work fine but now I cannot get any images to record. I was told that there are 3 hard drives inside the machine but only one was faulty and the other 2 should be able to handle the recording. I've read the manuals from back to front but can't seem to find any troubleshooting on this issue. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
