Hi guys, I hope someone help me to my problem, I am having problem with our DS2 9 cameras regarding on FTP archiving. I am trying to set an scheduled download of the videos from our DVR to our FTP server through Web Interface by going to the network settings > FTP settings. All settings that I know needs to be set are already there. There are folders and subfloders created in our FTP server but then when I check on the folder dload/events/video_name, it is empty. Do you think i am still missing some configuration? Thanks and regards.
