Thanks for the reply. I went through mainboard to check & trace the video signal. I found that video signal has pass through IC9 to a resistor 75omhs to Out monitor. input signal is available at IC9 but out nothing. check B+ ok about 5v. I suspect this IC9 faulty. Do you have any idea what type of this IC9. number written on the IC 8622/D85P

Hi there, I have AVC777W. the HDD is making a noise clicking sound. I replaced HDD with a different brand and capacity and check. The DVR turns on and I can select all the button command on the front panel. my problem now is nothing on the screen. it hook up the monitor out to the tv. even a crosshatch or menu nothing just a black picture. Tried hardware reset but won't help. Please advise. Thanks to your support
