i have a controller im selling im not sure how to use it but the damm thing costed me some money off of ebay and i bought the power adapter too. i says it for business has all these feaature like fast scanning not sure about the auto though......if you look at my post under adpro amk-300 you will see. you can connect all sorts of things like for rs232 and can also be switched to rs485 i think all you will need is the rs232 converter to rs484 because the converter does the job from rs 232 let me know thanks

is the commutator the same as the converter of rs232 to rs485 mine is suppose to connect to another box but just wondering what else can do the job

is there a way of getting the cat wires straight to the back of this unit to work with ptz cameras. most ptz controls do so but this one only has two serial ports that can be switched to mode rs232 or rs 485 but no wire connectors. i was wondering if the rs232 to rs485 converter would do the job to get the pinouts. by switching it to rs232 quote this is some info from google that when you look or download the pdf file Control up to 12 FastVu or 14 FastScan Series III receivers.
