Hello. How much did they charge you for the repair? And also, how long did it take? Regards

Ok. The problem persists, and it's definitly from the card, so I can either buy a new one, or buy a DVR. What do you think is best? Regards

I took it with my cellphone, because I didn't want to go through the trouble of taking a printscreen, and putting in a pen, etc. The noise is all real, it has nothing to do with the picture taken. The noise right now is a little better, but still there is noise, and when something happens, and I need to get one of the cams in full view, the static is really noticeable, and doesn't let me see things clearly. To JOINDVR: Thanks for your reply, I see you had some problems also, but that doesn't seem to have anything to do with the static I'm getting, mine is different from the one in your screenshots. Anyways, I will try the cards in some different computer set ups, to see if I can solve the problem. Regards

Hello. The card has been showing some really big noise in the last few weeks. I took some photos of the card, as requested, and I also took a pic of the noise. Here are 3 pics of the card, I have more if needed: http://img691.imageshack.us/img691/1963/03112009278.jpg http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/4773/03112009279.jpg http://img264.imageshack.us/img264/2161/03112009281.jpg Here is a pic of the current noise: http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/6439/03112009287.jpg Regards

Hello, yes it's genuine, and I still got the box and everything, but unfortunately the warranty has expired.. Regards

You cant connect webcams directly to the card... The card is for PAL/NTSC cameras or other compatible sources. Webcams do not output either. I would ask the technician for a screenshot of the problem with the DVR card installed in his computer, with the camera connected to ensure he has even bothered to do anything at all. He actually showed me in the store, that the problem persisted, so I guess it wasn't a webcam my bad

Hello. My computer technician took the vga card to his store, and put it in a pc, and connected only a webcam directly to the card, and the same noise appeared. Regards

Hello. Thanks for editing my post. I don't understand very much, I have a computer technician who took the DVR Card to his shop, and put it in another computer, and conected a webcam, and the same noise was there, but it was fewer, but it was still a problem. I forgot to say that the noise/static is sometimes bigger than on other days, don't know if that helps... The system was doing great for some time, but one time it started showing that noise, and the technician put a new motherboard in the computer, and it fixed the problem for about 6months, but this time the same thing is happening, and he tested the dvr card in another computer, but it didn't fix the problem... Regards
