Hi, Im new to IP cameras so please no technical camera talk. Im thinking of buying a few IP cameras but im not sure how to set them up. I know that i need ethernet cable ran to them (im going with wires) but where do they then go? Do i need some kind of extension for my computer to add more ethernet inputs? (im using a Mac) I know i need some software to record the cameras on my Mac but what software do i use? How do i make the cameras viewable from any where in the world?

Oh yeah and the cameras are for around my home, 1 or 2 indoors and a few outside.
