    Hi If you are getting snow flake pictures, this is because there is not enough light, pop down to wicks they do some good 500 watt pir lamps install one of these lamps above your camera,it will sort out your problem. Regards Steve MaitlandCCTV Engineer Closed Circuit Security Ltd
