Hi, again another newbie asking questions.
I have a AVC-760 A, with one camera connected. I can logon to the DVR through the web browser but am having trouble using the Video Server E software. I have installed the sofware on my XP and Vista computer but had no luck every time i get "Login Procedure Failed". I am currently using a ASUS wlg-500gp router on my home network. All as is factory default, including ip addresses and ports using the search icon in video server e it can find the dvr just won't let me login. I have tried multiple things including different ip addresses and port numbers and am now at a bit of a loss.
