    Hello. I have a problem DV16000 - when loading the program gives an error: hardware failed whith code 0xFE Intellex 3.2 version I understand that this may be related to the video capture card. not sure exactly. Could you help me, and is there a way to buy somewhere that the video capture card separately, and at what price. Thanks!
