EyeMax DVR not working on Vista 64 bit?

EyeMax support did not answer my email. I resolved the issue by reinstalling Vista with the 32 bit version on this laptop. So I can confirm for sure that EyeMax DVR client software does NOT work on Vista 64 bit. -

This client viewer does not work on Vista Home Premium 64 Bit When I try to login to a working 9120 I get "Login has failed". I see KEYPAD_CLASS in the taskbar with a generic unknown program icon. The virtual keypad does not popup. Also on Vista 64 bit, "EyeMax DVR" does not show up in Programs and Features and therefore cannot be uninstalled. Is this a known issue and what can I do now? I am using EYEMAX_5310_s_clientinstall.exe I have no trouble from a Vista 32 bit and Win XP machines logging into the same server. Can anyone confirm this issue, thanks for any help
