....is it possible to be more specific, accessing via IE on the new DVR, the speaker icon is mute (default), I just need to Enable it, i can hear the sound. But on the older DVR via remote (IE) it seem that "speaker" icon cannot be found or it just not supporting. I've try using the Video Server E & Video Viewer, i have the same issue on the older DVR. Thank You.

NICE!!!! thx for the info. I have another enquiry. I've set the DVR audio to " Listen". I can hear it on my attach speaker but unable to hear it via remote (IE) or using Video server E or Video Viewer (Im using the older Avtech 16 channel & older 4 Channel CPCam). Thank You
