    Kodicom WebDVR

Hey, I have a computer running Windows 2000 along with DigiNet SITE and Kodicom WebDVR for the remote viewing. I am having troubles however. Whenever I even try to connect from within the network (one computer on the network to the camera computer) I get the errors "Connection failed" then "Network failed" after logging into the WebDVR. I don't think it's a port issue at this moment because I can't even view the cameras from within the same network let alone remotely. I have tried setting different site codes and passwords but to no avail. It's become quite frustrating. I have tried many different work arounds such as hardcoding the IP, Sitecode and password into the HTML files for WebDVR but still nothing. If I bypass the check for the password, etc. then I can get the 'boxes' for the cameras to show up but there are way more boxes than there should be and they are all black so I don't think anything is going on. We recently got a new router, etc. but again I don't think it has anything to do with that as it's not even working internally. I have set a static IP to the DVR computer and I even use ipconfig to make sure it is the IP I have it set to, etc. If you need any more info I will be glad to help. Thanks.
