    thank you I have Video viewer V 0.0.9.9 I will download V 0.1.0.3 and try Do you know why Video server E does not work on recent AV760 ? is there any way to make it work : would be easier to have same software to run both DVR I was used to the look and feel of V Server E and found it very convenient

    Hello, I use now a recent AV760 (with SATA hard drive) . I connect to the DVR by using Video viewer software: i cannot see any control for PTZ on this software Somebody can tell me how to control PTZ with Video viewer ? My previous AV760 worked with Video server E and included a control for PTZ thanks
