Hi. I have an 8 channel intellex dvms system(ver 3) - it was removed from a manufacturing site which has closed - it seem fine, however, i restored the factory defaults and even though i have gone through the permissions for users and clicked everything on - when i go into utilities - both the begin record button and the clear latched alarms button are disabled - when i do a factory reset - the system seems to be looking at the a:/ drive as a default location for the settings - has someone changed the location of the settings ? any ideas where i can find them again ?

I have reset the system to factory resets - i noticed that when i do this it looks for the factory defaults on my a:/ drive. Am i right in thinking that somebody moved/removed the file that contains the factory reset info and put it on a disk - if so - does anyone have a fix ?
