Hello, I had a problem in the past when I tried to upgrade a GV system from a GV-650 to a GV-800. I uninstalled the GV-650 software and drivers and all gv related files from the computer, then reinstalled the GV-800 drivers along with the V8.3 software, but the new card was acting funny. Only channel one would work. The only way for me to fix the problem is that I had to reformat the HD. Now, I am in the same situation. Is there any other method than having to reformat the HD.
