Hello I have a 1480 card and I have a issue with playback feature , never had this problem before on my xp 1480 card, the issue is when I am in a playback log mode and when I want to switch camera's on the playback the whole software closes and I have to start all over again by opening the view log, it also happens when I switch from a quad to single or multi view, this problem start it after I upgrade to 8.5.5 , the step I have taken is remove the software and driver and install both of the again also I have three other systems with the same problem all of the running window xp core 2 quad2 q8200 @2.33ghz ! Hello, I have to setup this system for one of my friend, and its a eyemax 9240 with a static ip with Verizon westell wireless router ! I am able to view the dvr on my local network, with a ip address of 192.168.1.37 its been setup fine! I have forwarded the following ports 80, 9091-9112 (both TCP/UDP) on my router I have setup the dvr as a admin mode and guest mode, and I have the dvr now logged in as admin and am trying to log in remotely as guest but again I could with a local network but not with my static ip, any help should I change the port from 80 to 85? I heard with verizon is really hard to get this figure out thanks in advance
