No , this CP cam 561 unit has only audio code fault, & unit reboots as soon u connect any video i/p

can someone guide me , as to which IC stores the date and time ( IC component no).,,,, Thanks

Well the unit is out of warranty,, There are no audio inputs or o/p connected to the dvr, & also after the Hardware reset does the dvr reboots or something, I am not sure the hardware reboot is performing as the dvr status is not affected.. thanks

Thanks but how to fix audio chip error, and it reboots the DVR every two minutes

My Cp cam 4 ch DVR displays sys err 01 000 and reboots as soon as I connect any camera to the DVR, Pls guide ... quick help appreciable....

Thanks for suggestion, but the pc has Java, I can access other DVRs of same model perfectly well., Any idea which hardware components to check.....

I alreaye tried the hardware reset, but no help, also one major issue, the dvr does not show video on LAN ( it shows the homepage but after you enter the username and password the video can not be seen ) p.s. it actually logs in and you can access dvr settings from LAN, on the other hand you can see video by connecting a TV monitor to the DVR , also which chip needs to be checked for date time error...? I shall appreciate quick help folks..

Hi I am facing a peculiar problem, i tried replacing the lithium battery for date/ time back up, after that the dvr date and time can not be set , it immediately goes to default ( 01 Jan 2000) also the dvr goes to stand by mode after power failure ( does not goes to on condition automatically when power is restored/ does any one think it is bcoz of firmware if so can anyone suggest where to download the firmware Thnx
