Here we go.
We had an system through ADT security, that the hard drive went on. Rather than spend $3000 on a new DVR system (Price quoted by ADT) I built a new system specifically for DVR purposes(using an older system that we no longer use) and installed the hardware and software from the other machine. Hardware Recognizes fine, drivers are installed. Software installed but not recognizing cameras just shows "Camera Idle"
Heres what we were/are using in the new system.
Old System:
Generic ECS Motherboard
1.6 GHz Athalon XP 2000+ Processor
80GB HDD
256 MB Ram
VGuard CI 2100 Video Capture Card With 4 BNC connectors
New System:
Dell Optiplex360
2.20 GHz Intel Celeron
384 MB DDR 1 Ram
250GB HDD
VGuard CI 2100 Video Capture Card With 4 BNC connectors
Using ChateauXP software but if there is a better alternative am willing to use that. Chateau is what came with the other system.
Cameras are 4 Pelco ICS090 Dome Cameras
Any tips or suggestions that could help would be great.
