Just a old, normal TV with composite input. Can you tell me more about the "small PC" solution? How can I decode mobotix video stream with a pc? thank you!!

I have to convert Mobotix M12 and D12 IP cam to analog signal for TV. But, I can't find decoder on Mobotix's website. Do they sell such product?
