  1. I think I may have sussed out what the problem is. I went to Carphone Warehouse and bought a cheap PAYG mobile dongle(T-Mobile). I disabled the wireless connection and got onto the internet via mobile. At first I was getting the same problem, able to log in to the DVR but no pictures, but then I noticed I was only getting 2G reception. I moved around the house, waited until I got 3G reception and tried again. Lo and behold I got the cameras up working perfectly! I've tried several times since and it's always the same-you need to have 3G reception. So have a look and see if you have 3G reception on your network; apparently, I've found out since, you need this for the streaming video. Hope this helps Albadeel.
  2. I am having a similar problem: We have installed a CCTV system for someone using the same DVR and he uses his laptop to view it. He can access it OK when using his home wireless broadband or office LAN but when he wants to view it using his Vodaphone mobile laptop he can enter his password and connect to the DVR but cannot get pictures up. He is using port 6080 to view. He was able to do this until about three weeks ago. Is it possible that it is getting blocked because it is classed as streaming and overuse? I can't understand why this has suddenly happened as he's had no problems previously. I've checked to make sure his ActiveX controls are enabled and they're OK. Is there anything else I could check?
