Hi Tom, Thanks for the reply. Im not quite sure this is the issue. This 'Green Screen' is only happening on the reception computer, we have a laptop with MagicRadar installed, yet it streams the video feed. Thats why I am thinking it has something to do with the codec. Just then I had installed Nero 9, and tried MR again, and it worked!!! I then reset the computer, and it reverted back to the green screens. Any ideas?

Hi Guys, My workplace is currently running the Ts04 MagicRadar system. We are having a few problems with the software actually viewing the cameras. When we launch the monitoring software, all our camera screens appear pure green (It turned out black in the screenshot), no image. I believe that this may be an issue with the codecs, but I have tried many different codecs and it still has not resolved the problem. Any suggestions? Regards, Levi.
