Yes it is possible to delete your files via internet, but make sure that your DVR setting/configuration would be on port-forward mode, meaning as long as you can control your DVR via internet, phone etc., you can also delete files via internet mode. hope this can help you.

Hi Sir Salih Hanifeoglu, Regarding with your concern sir, it is not possible to use one client software for 8 different DVR located at your 8 stores for Remote monitoring. The reason why its not gonna work is that every series of DVR has its own client software and program. But for viewing there are some cases that you can view it thru their IP address..

If you're using dvr with latest model/specs., there is a vga connector at the back of the DVR which you can connect the splitter for the 2 monitors. It goes like the one can be use using bnc connector while the other is using vga connector in this case both of this monitor can view simultaneously. If you still encounter pink on the monitor, it has something to do with the connectors which is basically located and attached on the dvr maybe you should try to reconnect it but if your dvr have a looping and you connected it to the loop connector probably you have only one screen to view.
