I'm working on a site with Loronix recorders, probably 5-6 years old. The software is 4.5.1 I have what I think is the serial number for each unit written on the back, but when I reinstall the software, it's not a valid number. Is there a prefix or suffix I should be using with the 5 digit number? Thanks Bob

I'm not sure if the ptz accepts sensornet commands. I think it might be RS422 only. That would require a 4 wire connection, and a different Jbox. Can you read the labels on the board under the connector? If they are labeled RX+/RX- TX+/TX-, that's RS422. If they are labeled S+ S-, it should work Hope this helps. Bob

Hello all, I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but.... I have 2 Electrograph monitors. Model DTS37LTD. They both have bad power supplies. I believe that Electrograph is out of business, and I'm looking for a parts source. Or do I have 2 new tables? thanks

Can you see live video? If so, I've seen the same situation. Try doing a drive config. That should bring back recording.
