Sounds like you'll be quite busy:) I recently worked on a 150+ camera, hybrid analog/digital video surveillance system aimed at augmenting homeland security efforts in NYC. I worked with a small crew of four specialists tasked with running these cameras over Verint wireless links. I have worked with numerous vendors' products and I must say, the price to performance ratio was very good. Another neat featured we took advantage of was embedded video analytics, in this case edge-oriented analytics. Oh yeah, these devices are fault tolerant, so they can be programmed to fail-over to nearby LOS radios in order to maintain a particular link. But the ultimate wireless installations, for me, are wireless mesh applications. They are so cool. You should see how much video we piped down into this little control room in a NC oil refinery we wired up at the end of the summer. UNBELIEVABLE! Let me know how they work for you.
