hello, i have installed a bosch VDI-240V03-1 ( dome ir ) it works great during the day, but at night it shows nothing but IR reflections.. its facing an open front yard.. the camera has its own menu set... everything i try still does the same thing.. i have attaced a pic any help would be very much appreciated chris

you guys were spot on... the ring around the lens had dropped out during installation by our apprentice... all sorted. thanks alot
