Hi all just a quicky have had pss for a while but not used and forgot password so deleted from pc and downloaded again but still comes up the same done it a few times from dahua and today from bahama sec but thats the same as well all i see is admin and six dots used admin but no go, i deleted through controle panel but not sure if that gets rid of everything any help please

Hi all and thanks for all info recieved on my other posts all sorted now, ok im running web service on 2 laptops but they are not the same? the one with win xp the camera bar shows (open all). on win 7 shows (w-aco) and on xp top bar shows (search) and w7 shows (rec query) they both show as v 2.0 is this the latest update for web service ? also i was running pss all good then i lost the password so deleted and re downloaded it but still cant get on it , any help please jw

Hi all thanks for the info have tried all sugg but not the pss as have not a clue what it is, the only thing thats changed is now i can now get a mesage found website but not responding, also on on another ip it will go to web sirvice.....then i click on the pop up thnigy to enter and all i got was waiting for website then and nothing. as im not good at this sort of stuff i think i will see if someone on this sit can do it for me on remot,,payment not for free, but i will keep triying, thanks ps, still not sure if noip is working ,any way i can test??

Hi all a problem with network with 2 laptops i have sorted port forward etc can see it on lan and wan, can see it from outside by using a 3network dongle, all this is on older dell with xp is8, can also see on iphone, but cannot get the new samsung laptop windows 7 ie9 to see anything even with the dongle if i give the same add as i use on the dell all i get is the dahua site but it wont load after clicking the reqest to log on to the site nothing, i am using no-ip but not sure if tht is working its updating, im on virgin media using superhub(crap) with asus rt-56u (so simple) hope you can understand all this as i am not good with it stuff etc thanks

Hi all have a problem with the menu on ganz C-DN2X30P-W i cant get the camera menu with my dvr (robox n6 1u ) i think it is a dahua, have also used the ptz controller on the pc i get the RUN but cant find a way how to start it , do you think any pelco D controller would open the menu, im a bit green on this side of things, any help please,
