SORRY ALL should have expl a bit more det,have sorted now ,told that my dvr is wavelet and wont work with dydns,and you have to load the vuieing program on the pc that you want to watch it from, thanks

Hi all, ok sorted out the lan side, but have a problem with looking at dvr from the net ,i am using dydns,and thats all ok,,i think, but when i get someone to try the link (wardcam1.webhop.org) all they get ia a page full of numbers,and all sorts of rubish, and its the same when i try on my pc, any sugestions please, thanks jw

Hi all would it be poss to convert rj45 to coax, the reason for it is i have a pan and tilt head (videmech 230v model 650-303) and want to use it on a videoswitch key board, but the riecever i have (videoswitch VR-3PM ) is bnc input and the key board (VI-K2 ) rj45 out or would it be poss to control the p&t from the key board without a reciever ? i only want L & R up & down, and zoom, any thoughts please, johnw

Hi Soundy ok the reason i say 230v is thats what i can see on the two motors(230v) this is i think around 1990s pan and tilt, but the s/n is faded and not visable at all, it is a ball with wall brkt wich the ball hangs on and rotaits L-R, with a brkt on side for up-down, the case is about 4and half in wide, thanks john

Hi all great site, i am a novice at all this but dont want to get stung, have been given a ultra v11 but will not power up have read the man and it states that if the green led not lighting problem with i/o board (buy a new one) so took to local cctv bloke and he had a quick look and said power supply gone(in the camera) £150 please,is thear any way to test as he did not eveb push the swich to test green led for power,and the best place to buy a i/o board or a good used one, many thanks john london uk
