Hi, Looking to maybe start a security / video surveillance company in the US (just the security surveillance monitoring not installation). Do you know if I need to get licensed by any State/City governments to provide this service? Also if any regulations I need to watch out for? Would welcome any information (books, web sites...) that you think I should read up on this if any. thanks, John
