Hi everybody, I am a newbie, both here and at networking. I recently purchased a Samsung SMT-190DN dvr unit. I set the camera up with no problems. I am having problems setting up the network side. I need to be able to view it from the internet, if not I need to take it back and get my money back..... I have a DSL from Westell, and a Linksys WRT54G wireless router. I have tried everything I know to try. My IP on the router is 10.10.10.1, Subnet is 255.255.255.0 and the Gateway is 10.10.10.1. I have setup my port forwarding. I am not sure where to go now. I search here on the forum and ran up on a simular post, and it said that I needed to set my DVR unit to static. My router is currently set to DHCP. I would greatly appriciate any advice or help....... Thanks for any help.....

Update, I am able to goto 10.10.10.120 on my network and access my DVR. I cant find it from the internet though......... headed to bed...... getting a headache
