All camears are tested before they are shiped but if the camera dosent work when you get it witch is very unlikeley then a new camera will be shiped to you same day & you will recive it buy 10am the following morning. Know atm i have 9 members of staff i supply plumbers & electricians, Only been doing this for 2 years but its going well. Your useing powerd baluns have you done a volt test Camera end there might be a volt drop. Keep the CAT5 away from 240+ power cables! I dout it very much that its the camera to stop the whit glow just change the setting in the GV menu. Hope it helps Chris I carnt belive peopel are still useing GV systems
